This should not happen if you have a clean 10.1.1 installation, that means not a patched one. We were able to determine the root of the problem and are in the process of fixing it.īasically, if you had an active installation of 10.1 with the 10.1.0.1 patch installed (and you may or may not have patched with 10.1.1 later on), the latest 11.0.0.1 patch was getting confused and it thinks that it is already installed.
